“We had a pipe bust during the freeze of Feb 2021. We weren’t home so water was thru whole house. Water had seeped up the walls and ceiling in three areas had collapsed. Buffalo was quick at helping us remove all contents from house and helped coordinate with our insurance to get the job started. All floors and most walls had to be replaced as well as ceiling in a bathroom, closet and a bedroom. Jonathan was super helpful through the whole process, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed thru the whole process. Our house is beautiful now and we are very happy with the work that was done. “This company did a great job repairing my laundry room. My laundry room had a busted pipe which required water mitigation and reconstruction. They put in new baseboards, drywall, installation and painted. They were accommodating to additional requests including to fill a hole that went to outside and to put up a new cabinet instead of the old one they took down. I am very happy with their work and I would gladly use them again. It’s hard to get a good picture of the laundry room because it’s very small but please know my laundry room looks completely brand new now.”

They did the porcelain floors in the kitchen, pantry and three bathrooms, as well as the porcelain floors for the patio and front porch. They even recommended that we change the selected grout for the patio and front porch, so we ordered what they recommended and it did look much better. They did the porcelain showers and walls for two bathrooms and the glass tile in the small guest bath.Probably the masterpiece was the stone used for the fireplace. I reached out to three contractors and Buffalo Remodeling was the only one who could properly detail the issue along with the steps to fix the issue. “Our water heater burst and left us with water in the walls, ceiling, carpet, built-in bookshelf etc. I contacted Buffalo to get an estimate for the repairs and Jonathan came out within a few hours, told us what to expect (and how to involve insurance in the process), and got started with the water mitigation process quickly. They were extremely careful about throwing up plastic and blocking out areas so we did not have excess materials/chemicals going through the house (I appreciated that because of asthma). As soon as they confirmed the house was dry, they started rebuilding everything. Their rebuild looks better than it was before. Their employees worked quickly and diligently throughout the process, always showed up on time, and well within their estimated time-frame our house was up and running again. “Jonathan and his team did a phenomenal job at repairing the water damage in our garage due to an unexpected pipe burst from the recent freeze. You can’t even tell there was damage and they left our garage in better condition than when we first bought the home from the previous sellers. We knew they were trustworthy by their deep knowledge and expertise that other contractors missed. Most contractors can’t perform the entire job, or don’t have a well staffed team, or can’t start for weeks out… but Jonathan’s team started quick, were on time, and consisted of various specialists (e.g. they had an electrician, carpenter, sheet rock, painters, mold removal etc.). They also insulated our pipes and removed the mold that was growing.
Jonathan and his team were also professional from day one: walking us through the day to day expectations and ensuring our questions were answered. His team took care of us even after the job was completed. They were happy to come and fix anything that they had missed initially. In terms of price, you get what you pay for, and we would be happy to do business again. And to top it off, Buffalo is also insured, bonded, and licensed for the services provided, so you know they will do what is agreed upon. I originally got a quote from Tico and then Buffalo, Tico’s quote was much higher than what I received from my insurance company and when I asked certain questions, they did not have a straight forward answer. The question was, can you match wall texture, and he did not have an answer. Their quote also had jobs listed twice and work I did not want. So ultimately i did not trust them. Buffalo was very detailed when speaking to me and made me feel like i could trust them because they were very knowledgeable about everything. They even gave me a one year warranty. They came in at a great price point too. We were going to get a third quote but decided not to because we knew on the same day that we met Buffalo that we could stop searching. “I can’t say enough the level of service was impeccable! Jonathan and his guys left my house better than they came into it. We had a leak on Sunday before Labor Day and Jonathan came out to help us.
He had his guys start on Monday even though it was a holiday, and they were kind and professional . Everything was explain to us and he helped us with the insurance company because we didn’t know what to do. They did such an awesome job. You literally could not tell that we even had an issue and they went above and beyond for our home. They fixed and painted a book shelf built in. Looks better than before. They had to do some work on our ceiling and you can’t even tell them anything was ever a problem. I looked, and there was some little spots on the wall that we’re missing some paint from a previous Contractor and they fixed it and that wasn’t even part of the original issue. This above and beyond behavior was just so amazing to see. The gentlemen who were working were so kind. They told me when they were leaving for lunch and we’re so kind to me.
